My YouTube Plans are Changing Evolving (As Always)​

I read a quote from Dickie Bush recently:
​

“Your wealth is a direct measure of the value you create for others.”​
​

The value I’ve been creating for others on YouTube has been, frankly, marginal.
​

My YouTube model is mostly arbitraging ChatGPT:
​

1. Get one-click Text AI script from ChatGPT
2. VA’s run Text AI script through Voice AI (Elevenlabs)
3. VA’s add graphics
4. Upload to YouTube
   ​

The arbitrage here is simple: some people would prefer to hear information than read information.
​

Don't get me wrong. It's a GOOD model.

And my VA's are going to keep making 240 videos a month using this model.

It's a great, low-effort side hustle that's already making me thousands per month.

But what if…?

I create more value.

Value nobody's provided on YouTube before because it's SO MUCH value to provide for free.

It looks like this:
​

• 3-4 hour long videos solving specific problems for specific people.
• Push info products that help solve the problem better and faster.

Those 4 hours of highly-valuable content has to be a trust builder, right?
​

I’ve spent the last 20-ish days making ONE video. It’s going to be about 4 hours long. And it’s going to solve a very specific problem for a very specific audience.

And as usual, I'll offer low-ticket digital products to add even more value ($10-$250 price range)
​

There are four possible outcomes here:

• Strike out: It's a total flop
• Slow burn: Launch is a flop, slow growth over time
• A little profit: I make $100-$2000 per month from YouTube AdSense revenue (from this month of work)
• Home run: I make $5,000 per month from AdSense + Info Products.

Either way, I think this is the way to go - create insane value for others.

Even if this one fails, I'll try other multi-hour, hugely valuable, videos.

Over the next few months, I plan to make multiple extra-long videos just like this.
​
